At Atos Medical, we are dedicated to making life easier for people living with a neck stoma. As we continue to grow and integrate more closely with Coloplast, we are looking for an experienced and people-driven People & Culture Director to join our Team. In this critical role, you will lead our People & Culture (P&C) function and ensure we continue to build a strong, purpose-led organization rooted in engagement, performance, and care.

Your responsibilities
As our new P&C Director, you will take end-to-end ownership of the P&C agenda at Atos Medical. You will report directly to the EVP of Coloplast, Dorthe Rønnau, and work closely and as a trusted partner with the Atos President, Caroline Vagner Rosenstand, and the members of the Global Leadership Team (GLT). In this role you will be part of both the Coloplast P&C Leadership team and the Atos Global Leadership team.
 
This role goes beyond leading core HR processes — it’s about driving change, building bridges, and ensuring that our people and culture remain strong, engaged, and future-ready. You will be a key driver in the organizational and cultural integration between

 Atos Medical and Coloplast. From aligning structures and ways of working, to fostering a shared culture across two legacy-rich organizations, you will lead this journey with empathy, clarity, and impact.
 

Key focus areas include:
Core HR Leadership
•    Oversee and drive core P&C processes such as recruitment, onboarding, people development, salary regulation, talent review and succession planning.
•    Lead initiatives related to employer branding and employee engagement to ensure Atos is an attractive and inspiring workplace.
•    Support the GLT with sparring and advice on organizational topics, individual development, and team dynamics.

Strategic Integration & Cultural Leadership
•    Be the key driver and executor of the cultural and organizational integration between Atos Medical and Coloplast from a P&C perspective.
•    Act as the main liaison between Atos and Coloplast P&C, ensuring the right support structure and resource allocation to meet Atos’ needs locally and globally.
•    Identify gaps, friction points, and opportunities, and proactively design solutions to support a seamless transition.
•    Identify specific organizational or cultural needs at Atos and develop tailored initiatives to address them.
•    Help shape and foster a unified culture that reflects the best of both Atos and Coloplast while staying true to our mission.

 

What we are looking for
We are looking for a seasoned and pragmatic P&C leader who brings both strategic vision and operational excellence. You thrive in a dynamic, international environment and are motivated by building strong teams, supporting leaders, and driving cultural transformation.
 
You bring:
•    Proven experience in a senior HR or People & Culture leadership role in a global or matrixed organization.
•    Strong track record of managing cultural and organizational integration, preferably in a post-merger or transformation setting.
•    Deep expertise in core HR disciplines, with a passion for building engaged and high-performing organizations.
•    The ability to navigate complexity with clarity, build trust, and influence across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
•    Ability to influence, coach, and collaborate with senior leaders at all levels.
•    Strong communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset.

The role is based at our headquarters in Hyllie, Sweden, and frequent travel expected (approx. 30–40 days per year) to support global sites and partnership activities.
