Business Performance Manager

About the Role

You will join a skilled and collaborative team working with performance management and key financial processes across the business. Together, you support the organization with everything from monthly performance reviews and sales analysis to forecasting, planning, and investment cases.

In this role, you will work with a well-established data landscape and processes, and you will gradually build a strong understanding of how these support decision-making across the business. As a trusted business partner, you will provide high-quality financial analysis and insights that support decisions at senior management level.

Your responsibilities

• Support senior management with financial analysis to address both local and global business needs
• Lead the annual business planning process from Finance, including templates, consolidation, and key insights
• Manage HQ cost controlling, including forecasting and monthly follow-up
• Support the preparation of monthly performance review materials, including sales and cost analysis
• Contribute to the quarterly rolling forecast process
• Drive improvements by optimizing, automating, and streamlining performance management processes
• Act as a Finance Business Partner to support the organization
• Support with ad hoc analysis and participate in financial and commercial projects as needed

About You

You have a strong eye for detail while also being able to step back and see the broader business perspective. You enjoy working with structure, processes, and systems, and understand the importance of providing relevant, clear insights to the business.

You are curious, proactive, and motivated by learning. You will join a small team of 4 people, so you thrive in a collaborative environment where responsibilities are shared, and you contribute both independently and as part of a team. You communicate effectively and build trust with stakeholders across the organization.

We believe you:

• have a relevant degree in finance, business, or a related field
• have approximately 1–4 years of experience in a similar analytical or financial role
• have a strong personal drive and eagerness to learn
• are comfortable working both independently and in a team setting
• speak and write English fluently
