We’re looking for a caring and motivated individual to join our Customer Care team in Nottingham. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting patients at an important stage in their journey—combining empathy with a results-driven approach.

The Role

As a key member of our Customer Care team, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients following major, life-changing surgery, providing empathetic support, guidance, and tailored solutions to aid their recovery. You’ll build trusting, meaningful relationships while communicating across phone, email, and text, ensuring each interaction is both supportive and effective.

Alongside delivering an exceptional patient experience, you’ll manage your own territory to drive growth and revenue, working collaboratively across teams to provide a seamless service. You’ll maintain accurate, compliant records and contribute to achieving individual and team KPIs, including customer satisfaction, conversion, and revenue targets.

Who Are We Looking For

We’re seeking someone with experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service or telesales, who brings a naturally empathetic and sensitive approach—particularly when supporting vulnerable individuals.

You’ll be a confident communicator with strong listening and relationship-building skills, motivated by achieving targets and delivering results. Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools, you’ll also be resilient, positive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
