Tender Manager Nordics

Location:

Malmö, SE

Job Family:  Commercial Support
Country/Region:  Sweden

Join a growing company with a strong purpose. At Atos Medical, a Coloplast Group company, you will contribute to a business built on innovative solutions for people living with a neck stoma. Everything we do revolves around our end-users and how we empower them. This is our company-wide commitment.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Tender Manager to join our Nordic organization. This is an opportunity to join a company where your work will contribute directly to helping healthcare professionals support people living with a neck stoma.

About the Job

As Tender Manager, you will play a key commercial role, managing the full tender process across the Nordic region, from identifying opportunities and planning submissions to contract implementation and follow-up. Combining strategic planning with hands-on execution, you will play a key role in developing tender strategies, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting business goals across the Nordic market. Through successful tender and pricing activities, you will help maximize business opportunities while ensuring our products remain accessible to healthcare providers and patients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the end-to-end tender process, including monitoring opportunities, planning submissions, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring high-quality tender responses.
  • Develop and support pricing strategies, maintain pricing tools and ensure compliance with internal approval processes.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to develop tender strategies and maximize business opportunities.
  • Monitor healthcare market developments, legislation, procurement regulations and industry trends, and assess how they may affect the business.
  • Coordinate activities with key trade customers related to contracts, pricing and product availability.
  • Support the tender process through practical activities, including documentation, system administration and coordinating product samples when required.

About You

You bring at least five years of experience in public procurement, tenders, or contract management within healthcare, MedTech, or a similar regulated industry. With a proactive and structured approach, you enjoy taking ownership and driving complex processes from start to finish. You are detail-oriented and commercially minded, with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build strong stakeholder relationships, and effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

We believe you bring:

  • Good knowledge of public procurement regulations and tender legislation, with experience managing tender processes independently from opportunity identification to submission and implementation.
  • Experience working with tender and procurement platforms such as Mercell Opic, Tendsign, EU Supply, Ivalua, Clira or E-Avrop.
  • A strong business mindset with experience in pricing, contract management and stakeholder coordination.
  • The ability to anticipate challenges, evaluate different options and develop alternative plans when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. Knowledge of additional Nordic languages is a merit.
  • An education in business, economics, or another field relevant to the role, although we equally value relevant experience gained throughout your career.

What We Offer

You will join a collaborative and friendly workplace where your work makes a real impact. We offer secure employment conditions through a collective agreement, flexible working hours, and benefits that support your wellbeing and everyday life. These include an Epassi lunch benefit, a wellness allowance, and breakfast at the office several times a week.
