Join us as a Business Performance Manager in our growth company, in a role where you will get the opportunity to work in with performance management and key financial processes while also providing support to our Nordic region as well as collaborating with HQ functions to shape overall outcomes and forecasts. 

 

About the job 

This role was previously held by a colleague who has made an internal move within the company, showcasing our commitment to career growth and development. In this role you will be a part of our dynamic Performance Management & Planning team of 5 colleagues within our Global Finance organization.

 

You will work in depth with performance management and key processes such as monthly performance reviews, sales- and cost analysis, forecast processes and follow-up, ambition and target dialogues. You'll dive into a dynamic role, balancing regular financial analysis and forecasting with ad hoc requests from leadership and various managers.  As a trusted partner to the business, we look to you to provide high-quality financial analysis and performance insights that lay the foundation for key decision-making at senior management level.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support with financial analysis for local and global business needs
  • Work with quarterly forecasts and annual business planning
  • Provide vital support to Nordic leadership and work in close cooperation with the sales  
  • organization and accounting teams
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Finance Partners and Managing Directors across regions
  • Participate and drive impactful financial projects to enhance internal processes and achieve team objectives

 

About you

With this said, we do believe that you should check these boxes: 

  • A degree in Finance or Economics  
  • 2-4 years of experience within business or group controlling. 
  • Proficiency in English 
  • Strong system literacy, experience in SAP and Cognos Controller considered beneficial.
