The position
We are looking for a temporary Customer Service Support over the summer period, to cover for our vacations. You must be able to work between June 2 and August 29, 2025.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls from the Health Care, Pharmacy and Wholesalers
- Register and maintain basic data in E1
- Register orders from telephone orders and orders from private individuals (mediated by Consumer Care)
- Support our Business Center in their work with customer order administration, order registration etc. and collaborate with our Nordic Distribution Center to ensure the customer's requirements regarding deliveries
- Backorder administration, information to customers and affected persons internally
- Additional invoicing and crediting
- Complaint handling (both product and distribution related)
- Administration of returns from Customer
- Other customer service-related tasks

- Detail-oriented Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate/collaborate convincingly
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel
- Swedish and English, fluent in both speech and writing
- Experience from working with ERP systems is desirable
