Join Our Team as a Student Assistant in People & Culture!
As a Student Assistant, you will support our People & Culture DK team in various initiatives, focusing on employer branding and Talent Acquisition. This role offers a unique chance to develop your skills and make a real impact on our HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Branding: Help organize and promote career fairs, enhance our social media presence, and create engaging content and campaigns.
Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing strategies for employer branding and employee engagement on Instagram and LinkedIn. Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content.
Master Thesis Program: Support the coordination of events, manage communications with stakeholders, and implement feedback for program improvements.
Ad-Hoc HR Tasks: Assist with various tasks related to Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and other HR areas.
Work hours will be approximately 12-15 hours per week.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills: Strong interest in employer branding, social media, and employee experience. Familiarity with Instagram and other social media platforms, including content creation and analytics.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint).
