We live and breathe collaboration
At our HQ in Humlebæk, 4 colleagues are waiting to welcome you to the Regional Finance & Business Development team. Together, we are responsible for Region Europe – the largest region in Coloplast – covering our core business in Chronic Care. 

 

Tackling this responsibility, we work with a myriad of commercial finance topics such as performance management and key processes, e.g. monthly performance reviews and investment cases. And though we cover different areas – you will be responsible for financial analysis, reporting, forecasting and performance management while the rest focus on different aspects of business development – we collaborate very closely and divide the tasks among us to get things done.

Drive financial excellence and strategic insight across Europe 
As Senior Finance Manager, you will provide financial analysis and support to regional management for local and regional business needs in Europe, ensuring the foundation for key decision-making at the senior management level. 
You will be the Finance Business Partner for local markets and facilitate dialogue across the region on performance with proactive analysis and insights.  

 

Furthermore, you will:

 

  • Support performance management processes, including monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Update and interpret monthly performance materials
  • Prepare performance presentations for the Executive Leadership team
  • Contribute to quarterly rolling forecasts
  • Streamline finance processes and automate reporting through Power BI tools
  • Assist the Business Development team with annual business planning

 

Moreover, you can look forward to participating and contributing to various finance and commercial projects. This job will take you travelling around the region 10-15 days per year. 


Strong financial skills and a well-stocked analytical toolbox

You are structured, have an eye for detail and never lose sight of the business goals. 

 

We also imagine that you:

 

  • Have a master’s degree (or equivalent) in finance, business or economics with strong results 
  • Have a few years of experience working within finance, investment banking, audit or an equivalent role in a global company 
  • Are a super user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and preferably Power BI
  • Speak and write English fluently – Danish language skills are not required
