Senior Finance Controller for ESG and financial data
Humlebæk, DK

Do you want a chance to further develop our future controlling and reporting methods in the ESG and financial area – and get to impact this?
Join Coloplast in a team where we have a strong focus on having fun, while of course maintaining a high level of professionalism – and where the endgame is to make life easier for people with intimate health care needs.
Welcome to Coloplast
From our HQ in Humlebæk, you will join our Group Controlling and Reporting team, where we are currently 7 colleagues working with controlling, external reporting, our annual report and internal audits. Overall, we have an informal environment with plenty of room for personal interaction – whether it revolves around kids, soccer or gardening.
Ensure quality reporting of our ESG and financial data
With still increasing demands for reporting on ESG, we have created this role to ensure high-quality reporting within this area. Doing so, you will be developing, maturing and implementing ESG reporting and controlling in close corporation with the Sustainability team.
As a short-term task, you will be keeping a close eye on the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), EU Taxonomy, and in general any new regulation, so that we have the right processes in place.
Specifically, you will be:
• Optimising the process of ESG data reporting and controlling the data
• Ensuring governance of the ESG data
• Working closely with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and related requirements
• Ensuring compliance and following up on new legislation
• Be part of the financial controlling and related areas, such as monthly financial controlling, internal controls etc.
• Possibility of working with IFRS
“This is a pretty rare opportunity to truly grab ownership of something and make it your own – and shape the future of ESG reporting at Coloplast,” says Senior Director Jesper S. Lauesen.
Experience with controlling and an interest in ESG
With your outgoing personality, you find it motivating to navigate in various teams and seek to bridge the two. You also have the personal and professional stamina as well as motivation to be our expert in this new area.
Furthermore, you have a natural flair for controls, numbers and analytics, while still being able to maintain a holistic business perspective.
Also, we imagine that you have:
• A relevant bachelor's or master's degree
• Some years of relevant experience
• Experience from either a global finance organisation or Big4 working with financial and non-financial reporting standards
• English proficiency – written and oral
