We are looking for another great talent to join our Advanced Wound Dressings (AWD) Global Finance team in Coloplast HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark Let us help you meet your goals while you support the AWD Leadership team with finance business partnering, reporting, financial analysis, and business optimization insights.

About the role
You will join our Global Finance team of four colleagues and together we are responsible for performance management of the business and key processes such as monthly performance reviews, investment cases, sales, and cost management, rolling forecast processes, annual business planning, ambition, and target dialogue with the entire AWD organization.

The AWD business has subsidiaries across Europe, North America, Asia, and Emerging markets. We have around 35 colleagues in the HQ AWD departments working collaboratively across all teams. You will be responsible for updating and improving our monthly performance materials and identify key insights and actions that lay the foundation for key decision-making at senior management level. Specifically, you will:
• Support performance management processes incl. participation in monthly/quarterly business reviews
• Become Finance business partner for selected business areas
• Drive financial analysis to support local and global business needs
• Update reports and datasets that support decision making
• Work on quarterly rolling forecast (‘beyond budgeting’)
• Support our continued journey of transforming performance material into PowerBI dashboards
• Provide ongoing analytical support to the commercial functions and senior leadership
• Participate in finance and commercial projects when needed
• Ad hoc support for the Commercial Development team e.g. Annual Business Planning
• Ensure fit-for-purpose reporting and analysis templates for the global organization
About you
As a person, you are eager to learn and have a go-getter attitude. You have a natural skill for process, structure and systems, and understand the need for providing relevant analysis and insights to the business. Learning on the go, you thrive in a team where we divide the tasks among us to get things done. Some international travel should be expected.
Professional qualifications
We imagine you have the following qualifications:
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in finance, business or economics with strong results
• 2-5 years’ of relevant experience working within finance, investment banking, audit or an equivalent role in an international company
• Strong analytical skills and excel at transforming data into valuable business insights
• Strong proficiency working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English, Danish is not required
• Preferably experience from studies or work abroad
• Experience with PowerBI development is a plus
