As a Coloplast Inter "Pasante", you will participate in different projects and task aligned with your career, also will have feedback sessions, and the opportunity to expand your hard and soft skills within a passionate company focus on health care.

 

Major Areas of Accountability:

  • Assist in reviewing and proposing improvements to our operational procedures, ensuring they align with best practices in efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate on in-depth analysis and optimization of the Tip Forming process. Help us better understand the forming cycle and contribute ideas that enhance our production capabilities.
  • Take part in the diffusivity study of cyclohexanone, working on strategies to reduce material retention times and improve overall processing speeds.
  • Ensuring all tasks comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze data, providing detailed reports that help guide decision-making processes across multiple teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects, including new product development, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Active student in the Chemical or Chemical Engineer career.
  • Intermediate English (B1-B2)
  • Intermediate-advanced excel skills.

 

Soft Skills Required: Communication Skills, Problem-Solving, Adaptability, Attention to Detail, Teamwork, Critical Thinking, Time Management, Initiative.

  • Letter or document that supports that you are an active student of the institution.
  • Current INS policy
