Payroll Specialist

Summary:

A Payroll Specialist role within a leading international company, responsible for end-to-end payroll delivery across China.

The position focuses on payroll operations, statutory compliance, system collaboration, and process optimization, partnering closely with HR, Finance.

Job Description

- 负责中国区的薪资处理工作，包括但不限于工资，奖金，福利等各项薪酬的计算和发放，确保薪酬发放的准确定与及时性，并解答员工疑问。

Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for China, including but not limited to the calculation and distribution of salaries, bonuses, benefits, ensuring payroll accuracy and timeliness, and responding to employee inquiries.

-负责全员个税月度预扣预缴申报、年度个税汇算协助。

Supporting monthly individual income tax withholding and filing for all employees and assist with the annual individual income tax settlement.

-与外部供应商及内部合作伙伴密切合作，管理薪资相关事务并解决复杂的薪资问题及社会保险和住房公积金等。

Work closely with external vendors and internal partners to manage payroll-related matters and resolve complex payroll issues, and handle social insurance, housing fund matters.

-派遣及外籍员工的薪资和福利问题。

Manage salary and benefits for dispatched and foreign employees.

-负责劳动合同新签、续签、变更、解除、终止流程办理、管理员工入转调离劳动关系手续，规范用工资料留存。

Manage the full lifecycle of employment contracts, including signing, renewal, amendment, termination, and cancellation; administer employee movements such as onboarding, transfer, reassignment, and offboarding, and ensure proper maintenance of employment records.

-按月输出薪酬人力成本报表、社保报表、人力数据分析基础报表, 配合财务完成月度人力成本结算、对账等。

Generate monthly reports on payroll and labor costs, social insurance, and basic HR data analysis, partner with Finance to complete monthly labor cost settlements, reconciliations, and related tasks.

-协助直属经理开展薪酬福利等相关项目，并完成上级交办的其他工作。

Assist the line manager in compensation & benefits projects and other assigned tasks.

Job Qualifications

-本科及以上学历，人力资源，财务或英语相关专业。

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Human Resource, Finance, English or related fields.

-至少三年HR工作经验，含薪酬相关经验。

At least 3 years HR working experience and payroll related experience.

-有外企或大中型企业薪酬福利经验者优先，熟悉外籍员工免税政策。

Preference will be given to candidates with C&B experience in foreign-owned or medium-to-large-sized enterprises. Familiarity with tax exemption policies for expatriate employees is a strong plus.

-细致耐心，抗压能力强，责任心强，严格遵守保密要求。

Detail-oriented, patient, and able to work under pressure. Strong sense of responsibility and strict adherence to confidentiality.

-良好的中英文沟通能力，能与内外相关部门协作并解答员工疑问，具备较强的服务意识。

Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to collaborate with internal and external departments and address employee inquiries; strong service-oriented mindset.
