法律部实习生。

二、学历要求

要求实习生为法律专业研二学生，优先考虑来自国内外知名法学院的实习生。

三、专业背景

法学相关：应具备法学或相关专业背景，对法律有浓厚的兴趣和热情。

四、技能要求

法律基础知识扎实：实习生应具备扎实的法律基础知识，能够快速学习和适应企业法律部的工作环境。

语言能力：良好的中英文阅读和写作能力，具备流利的英语口语和书面表达能力。

办公软件：熟练操作Office等办公软件，具备较好的信息检索和整理能力。

沟通与协调能力：良好的沟通能力，能够与团队成员和内部同事有效沟通；同时，具备较强的组织协调能力，能够协助法律部完成各项工作任务。

五、工作职责

调查辅助：在内部法务部的指导下，辅助调查各类侵权案件等，包括证据收集、文件起草等。

法律研究：进行法律问题研究、案例检索、法律检索等工作，为法律部提供法律支持。

文档整理：整理、归档案件材料和法律文书，确保文件的准确性和完整性。
