工作摘要/目的Job Summary / Purpose

  • The purpose of the IT Supporter is to help and guide the users on the phone or mail to get back to normal IT Service, if they are experiencing IT issues. This can be done by using existing documentation or by finding workarounds, following the ITIL standards to the extent decided in Corp. IT
  • Responsible for support and execution of Client and Infrastructure tasks and projects in corporation with local IT support team and Corporate IT

 

 

主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities

  • Day to day IT supports for CN users, solving cases created in One IT Incident Management tool
  • Support, trouble shooting and error correction on IT infrastructure components
  • Maintain Server, network, telephony (Avaya).
  • Implement and maintain Coloplast IT standards and IT Policies on HW, SW and Processes.
  • Responsible for the IT equipment distribution, transfer and retrieval.
  • Responsible for data administration and backup in CN BEJ.
  • Provide training to CN users in coordination with global and local training plan.
  • Always keep documentation up to date as well as making sure the rest of IT Support are cross trained if necessary.
  • Liaise with vendors on IT hardware and software purchase.
  • Reporting to IT Support management on status and progress.

 

任职资格Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related disciplines
  • Support experience in IT or medical device business.
  • Knowledge or experience with IT processes (ITIL/Prince2).
  • People management experience is preferred.
  • Support experience preferably in international environment
