工作摘要/目的Job Summary / Purpose
- This role is responsible for overall consumer business marketing including all marketing strategy, product cycle management, marketing communication, media plan, trade marketing planning & implementation and digital initiatives, closely work with sales team to drive overall consumer business to deliver target and on strategy.
Besides key marketing role, this candidate would collaborate with global team and local function team to deliver impact for fit-for China consumer plan and initiative to win in local market
This role will lead a team with 6 people to deliver consumer marketing competency.
- This candidate should also possess skills in:
- Ability on product portfolio and life cycle management and marketing communication.
- Strong analysis capability to diagnose and resolve the growth challenges
- Digital marketing competency including E-com experience
- Trade marketing experience on channel business planning and pricing & promotion planning & execution
- Good communication and collaboration skill
- Fluent on oral & written English and Chinese
主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Lead China consumer business unit marketing strategy, including marketing planning and implementation based on global guidelines and tools and leveraging on China’s resources and experience
- Closely work with sales team to develop and apply appropriate local tactics and activities to the above-mentioned strategies and finally turn those into business result against preposition and planning
- Collaborate with global team to define tailor made local marketing initiatives including pipeline, launch plan, maximization plan etc. to deliver business result
- Co-work with local functions like regulation, legal, medical marketing, and patient education etc. to deliver consumer centric content to influence best business results.
- Develop a high-performance marketing team to grow business and organization in sustainable way
- Ensure high marketing effectiveness and ROI on campaigns, leveraging on the expertise of the Business Insights team

任职资格Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
- 10+ years experiences in FMCG/healthcare consumer/OTC or related industries in a marketing role (responsible for marketing with specific commercial KPIs)
- 5+ years’ experience in people manager role
岗位胜任力Competencies – apart from global competencies
- Professional marketing qualification with minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing, of which 5 years should be in management role
- Strong strategic thinking on big picture & framework, meanwhile hands on based on reality and local insight.
- Strong process and numerical skills with an analytical approach to marketing and an ability to identify and report on trends and insights
- Proven track record of implementing successful marketing and consumer strategies using multiple channels (direct marketing, medical marketing, telemarketing, digital, social media etc.)
- An expert at managing multiple, complex projects across different stakeholders and moving these projects forward by getting timely consensus and/or differences resolved
- Independent thinker and a good team player, with abilities to convince stakeholders cross-functionally and change management. Able to work independently to achieve this.
- Good English (Written and Spoken)
- Sales experience is a plus
