Legal
Legal covers many functions such as Capital Markets, M&A, IP and Business Ethics, Compliance & Data Privacy. The overall role of Legal is to act as a true business partner to senior leadership and other key stakeholders to ensure that legal, IP (patent, trademarks, designs, copyright and trade secrets), and business ethics risks and opportunities are taken into consideration in all relevant business processes and decisions both on a strategic, tactical and operational level.

Corporate Affairs
Corporate Affairs includes Communications and Investor relations. Investor Relations is responsible for the communication with the financial markets, which includes the release of our interim and annual financial statements at the end of each quarter. On a continuous basis we communicate Coloplast’s equity story and provide information in order to shape the market’s expectations towards Coloplast.
Corporate Communications covers our media and press relations, leadership communication, corporate responsibility, our employer branding platforms Connect & LinkedIn and various other communication consultancy tasks.
