Major areas of accountability

  • Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base to ensure a high level of satisfaction to expand the marketshare of the products and increase revenues
  • Build and maintain a high level of satisfaction with key decision makers and influencers at a group of customer accounts within the territory as-signed
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively approach potential customers and distributors - generate leads, conduct regular sales calls, and ensure a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product solutions
  • Analyze sales volume and value, optimize strategic planning incooperation with the Team Leader
  • Perform regular business reporting, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure high quality data on sales activities

  • Regular travel and co-travel with Team Leader, visit customers such as HCPs at their premises and conducting product trainings and demonstrations  on the use of company brands in cooperation with the retailers
  • Support product launches, attend on national and international exhibitions, trainings and congresses
  • Analyze the sales results market potential, customer need and expectations of customer in collaboration with the Team Leader and other senior managers of the company

Basic qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years successful business experience ( preferably in medical device sales or service)
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s or nursing degree an advantage

  • Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is 60 00 – 65 000 CZK. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.

CZ 

  • Budovat a udržovat efektivní dlouhodobé vztahy s definovanou základnou zákazníků s cílem zajistit vysokou úroveň spokojenosti zákazníků a s cílem rozšířit tržní podíl produktů na trhu a zvýšit příjmy.
  • Budovat a udržovat vysokou úroveň spokojenosti s klíčovými osobami s rozhodovacími pravomocemi a vlivnými osobami ve skupině zákazníků v rámci podepsaného teritoria
  • Identifikovat nové obchodní příležitosti a aktivně oslovovat potenciální zákazníky a distributory – generovat potenciální zákazníky, provádět pravidelné obchodní hovory a zajišťovat silný tok příležitostí.
  • Pořádat pravidelné schůzky se zákazníky, aby porozuměl jejich potřebám a poskytovat vhodné produktové řešení
  • Analyzovat objem a hodnotu prodeje, optimalizovat strategické plánování ve spolupráci s vedoucím týmu.
  • Provádět pravidelné obchodní reporty, udržovat přesné záznamy CRM a zajišťovat vysokou kvalitu dat o prodejních aktivitách.
  • Navštěvovat zákazníky – zdravotnické profesionály- v jejich prostorách, a provádět školení o produktech ve spolupráci s prodejci a vedoucím týmu
  • Podporovat uvádění výrobků na trh, účastnit se národních a mezinárodních výstav, školení a kongresů
  • Analyzovat výsledky prodeje, tržní potenciál, potřeby zákazníků a jejich očekávání ve spolupráci s vedoucím týmu a dalšími vedoucími pracovníky společnosti
