We are currently seeking a Product Manager to join the Marketing team based in Nottingham.

About the role

This is permanent role reporting to our Head of Marketing. The Product Manager will be responsible for an important strategic driver in a category of our business. We are looking for a passionate, experienced marketer who will be the product expert who develops strong links with Sales, Customer Support, Clinical Education and Nursing teams. The product Manager will drive the brand strategy to build and communicate the corporate and brand value proposition.

You will work as part of the Marketing and Events team based in Nottingham. We offer hybrid working (2 days at home and 3 days in the office).

Full product, condition and service training will be given as a high level of knowledge is required.

Your responsibilities

• Implement the strategic and tactical management for all the products under the Product Manager’s remit
• Plan and execute campaign launches, including coordinating with sales and clinical education in creating marketing collateral
• Develop go-to-market strategies to ensure a successful campaign & product introduction
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, advocates, and other stakeholders in the clinical community
• Participate and connect with colleagues and subject matter experts to develop differentiated promotional campaigns and services
• Analyse market data, including demographics, industry reports, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats
• Analyse, from a qualitative/quantitative perspective the competitors' marketing mix and have a deep understanding of competitor products
• Develop and manage the marketing budget for the product range and allocate resources efficiently to achieve marketing objectives
• Coordinate with Events Manager to ensure product campaigns/events are aligned to overall marketing strategy

About you

To be successful in the role as Product Manager you must be self-motivated, have good product knowledge and be an excellent communicator. To fit in to our culture, you need to be a true team player that can work proactively with your team and other teams across the company.

You will also have:

• Scientific or business degree
• Marketing Qualification/CIM preferred
• 5+ years of marketing/product management experience within medical devices
• Experience in creating and implementing strategic marketing campaigns
• Experienced in business analysis & market research
• Strong technical knowledge of medical devices
• In depth understanding of the NHS
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Self-starter who functions well independently or within a team
• Curious and passionate team player
• Full UK driving licence
