Test & Reporting Analyst

Location:

Malmö, SE

Job Family:  Commercial Support
Country/Region:  Sweden

At Atos Medical, we believe that data is key to unlocking innovation and empowering our teams. As a company, we are committed to improving the quality of life and care of people with a neck stoma. By joining our Business Intelligence (BI) team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decisions that shape our business and help us grow globally.

About the Role

As a Test & reporting analyst you will be a crucial part of a dynamic team that turns data into actionable insights. You'll work closely with various departments, including finance, R&D, marketing, and clinical teams, to provide accurate and timely reports. Your role will focus on managing data from multiple sources such as ERP and Salesforce, ensuring its reliability, and creating meaningful reports using Power BI. You will also collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, agile environment where constant improvements and adjustments are part of our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Validation & Testing: Ensure accuracy and consistency in data across multiple platforms by conducting rigorous testing and troubleshooting.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including teams from finance, R&D, and marketing, to understand their data needs and provide insights that guide decision-making.

  • Power BI Reporting: Create, refine, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to help business leaders access critical data insights.

  • Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve any issues with data, processes, or reporting to ensure smooth operations.

  • Agile Development: Support the Agile process by contributing to iterative solutions, collaborating in daily stand-ups, and adapting quickly to changing requirements.

  • Support Deployments: Assist with testing and validation during system updates and new feature rollouts.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong aptitude for learning new things who thrives in a collaborative, service-oriented environment. You should be passionate about working with data, solving problems, and supporting a wide range of internal stakeholders.

We believe in hire for potential, train for skills but to be set up for success we do believe you need to check these boxes:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas like VLOOKUP, SUMIFs, and Pivot Tables.

  • Fluency in English

Experience in a data-centric role involving reporting, analysis, or business intelligence, along with proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and CRM/ERP systems (such as Salesforce or similar), is highly advantageous. Additionally, experience in a service-oriented role—such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, or customer service—where managing multiple stakeholders and delivering clear communication is essential, would be beneficial.

Personal Competencies

Success in this role will depend not only on your technical skills but also on how you apply them in a collaborative and dynamic environment. At Atos Medical, we focus on personal competencies that align with our values of hiring for potential and training for skills. For this role, the key competencies are:

  • Working with People: You build trust with your team and stakeholders, and you enjoy working in a collaborative environment.

  • Writing & Reporting: You have the ability to simplify complex data into clear, actionable reports tailored to different audiences.

  • Learning & Researching: You thrive in environments where learning new tools and technologies is key to success. You're curious and structured in your approach to continuous learning.

  • Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations: As this is a support function, you understand internal customer needs and are systematic in delivering on targets. You maintain open communication, ensuring alignment with stakeholders at every step.

  • Following Instructions & Procedures: Many tasks in this role are executional. You have no problem adhering to established instructions, procedures, and policies while maintaining high-quality outputs.
