At Atos Medical, we are dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals living with a neck stoma. We are seeking a Product Manager to drive innovation and manage our product portfolio of HME (Heat and Moisture Exchangers) and speaking valves for tracheostomy patients. 

 

About the Role 

As the Sr Product Manager, you will be responsible for both legacy products and new product development, ensuring we continue to meet user needs and position ourselves for growth. You will play a critical role in the performance and expansion of our product portfolio, working across various functions to ensure product success from concept to market launch. 

 

In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams such as R&D, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and global markets to understand needs, manage stakeholder input, and optimize product offerings. You will also be involved in the strategic planning of the portfolio, monitoring performance, and mitigating risks, all while working to secure market share in a competitive industry. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Product Portfolio Management: Oversee the product lifecycle for HME’s and speaking valves, including both new and legacy products. 

  • New Product Development: Contribute to scouting and discovery phases, ensuring alignment with user needs and market opportunities. 

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with R&D on product development, Marketing for launches and materials, Clinical Affairs on evidence and claiming documents, and various markets to gather insights and requirements. 

  • Market Understanding: Engage with countries to understand their product needs, helping to shape the trach portfolio for growth and market share acquisition. 

  • Strategic Planning: Lead efforts to monitor product performance and take corrective actions when necessary to optimize portfolio success. 

 

Some travel will be included in the position.

  

About You 

We are looking for an experienced product manager with a proven track record of managing product portfolios in a controlled environment. You should bring experience working internationally and the ability to navigate a matrix organization - finding your way and growing within the Atos Medical and Coloplast structure while managing both internal and external stakeholders will be key to your success. 

 

Required Competencies and Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a product manager role, ideally in a controlled environment such as pharma, life sciences, or food industries. 

  • Stakeholder & Project Management: Strong experience in managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. 

  • International Experience: Comfortable working in a global organization with diverse market dynamics. 

  • Portfolio Management: Experience in managing product portfolios from strategic planning to performance monitoring. 

  • Education: A background in commercial studies, life sciences, or healthcare. 

  • Language: Fluent in English; German is a plus.

  • Planning & Organizing: In a fast-paced environment, excellent organizational skills are crucial. You will be responsible for managing your time and tasks effectively while ensuring alignment across multiple teams and keeping priorities in focus.
