Lead our digital agenda and execution across platforms to support our overall commercial strategy
We are looking for a digital leader to drive the development and delivery of our key commercial platforms – including CRM, customer app, marketing automation, and website. In this role, you will support and execute our overall commercial strategy through digital tools and platforms. Leading a team of 4 direct reports (total team of 7), you will collaborate across functions and markets to enable business growth and elevate the customer experience through continuous digital improvements.
About the Role
As Global Owner for our commercial platforms, you and your team will play a central role in shaping and aligning the digital ecosystem that supports our customer-facing operations. You will be the key link between business stakeholders, technical teams, and platform providers – balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with teams in marketing, commercial development and business insights to define and deliver value-adding digital solutions
- Driving the product strategy and roadmap for our commercial platforms (CRM, website, customer app), ensuring alignment with business needs and growth objectives
- Leading the intake and prioritization process across platforms and projects
- Partnering closely with DDIT and external vendors to align on development needs and implementation
- Providing hands-on guidance on platform capabilities (e.g. Salesforce, Eloqua, website CMS) and how they connect across the digital ecosystem
- Monitoring platform performance and user experience – identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Bringing insights, and structure to how we work with customer journeys, data flows and platform governance
You will report to the Director Commercial Development and work closely with stakeholders across both Atos and our parent company Coloplast. The role is based at Atos HQ in Hyllie, Sweden.
About You
You bring a strong blend of commercial insights and digital product expertise. Thriving in cross-functional settings, you enjoy turning business needs into practical, scalable solutions. You are confident in challenging the status quo and skilled at driving decisions across teams. With a strategic mindset and the ability to lead complex projects, you know how to align diverse stakeholders—and when to zoom in on the details or step back to see the bigger picture.
To succeed in this role, you are likely to bring:
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management, CRM ownership or commercial platform roles
- Proven experience working with Salesforce (or similar CRM), Eloqua and/or websites/apps
- A few years of leadership experience, preferably with direct reports
- Experience working closely with commercial or marketing teams
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate commercial requirements into digital solutions
- A degree in IT, business, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
It is a plus if you have experience from a regulated industry (e.g. MedTech or pharma), or if you hold relevant certifications (e.g. Salesforce Admin, Agile/Scrum, Marketing Automation).
