We are now looking to hire an experienced Office Manager to join our Business Support team at our head office in Hyllie, Malmö.
About the role
You will be responsible for facility and office services at Atos HQ and play a key role in creating smooth and welcoming workplace experience. You will be supporting the daily operations of the office and help ensure that both employees and visitors feel welcomed and supported from day one.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming visitors, answering and redirecting phone calls, and supporting the company e-mail inbox
- Coordinating meeting services, including coffee and lunch arrangements
- Ordering office breakfasts, snacks, beverages, and stationery
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier shipments
- Acting as the main contact for the landlord and facility management
- Acting as the local contact for fire safety and burglar alarm systems
- Managing various administrative tasks, including legalization administration
- Managing office related vendors and placing orders as needed
- Planning and coordinating office events and activities
- Ensuring office policies and procedures are followed
- Identifying opportunities to improve office processes and ways of working
- Being an active part of the local work environment team
The Office Manager is a part of the Business Support team, reports to the Head of Business Support and is based at our office in Hyllie, Malmö, five days per week.
About you
You have 2-5 years’ experience of working in an Office Manager or similar administrative role and enjoy being the person who creates structure, solves practical challenges, and helps others succeed in their day-to-day work.
You are hands-on, service-minded and willing to pitch in where needed – no task is too small. In addition, you are well structured, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. You are collaborative and work well with a wide range of stakeholders in an international environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with great attention to detail
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and follow through

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving skills and a practical, solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written
