At Atos Medical, we are looking for a curious and collaborative Business Analyst to join our team. In this new global role, you will help uncover insights that drive growth and improve life for people living with a neck stoma. This could be a great next step if you have around 1–3 years of experience and are eager to develop your skills in a global, purpose-driven environment.

About the job

You will be part of a small and skilled team of analysts based at our HQ in Hyllie, Malmö, reporting to the Head of Business and Consumer Insight. This role is all about supporting our New Markets region—a high growth area where your insights will help guide key business decisions.

You will leverage data from Salesforce and our data warehouse, turning numbers into stories that help our teams better understand our customers and channels. Your analysis will support everything from sales strategies to consumer events.

With our hybrid model, we aim to meet in the office at least three days per week.

A few things you might work on

• Define and deliver customer and channel analysis to drive business objectives and growth within the existing customer base.

• Extract and utilize customer data to support Customer Care and Sales teams, enhancing consumer service and product utilization.

• Continuously analyze customer buying trends, behaviors, and data insights to identify and recommend opportunities.

• Support Marketing by using data for effective planning and execution of Consumer Events.

• Proactively identify and communicate improvement opportunities to the Benelux business.

• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to implement identified improvements.

• Assist the leadership team in strategic initiatives, including new customer approaches.

• Act as a business partner to the Managing Head of and Senior Leadership on consumer-related matters.

About You

You enjoy digging into data and finding patterns that help others make smarter decisions. You are curious by nature, good at connecting the dots, and not afraid to ask questions or challenge assumptions.

You are comfortable working with different teams and can explain complex stuff in a way that makes sense. Things can move fast here, so being flexible and keeping a cool head under pressure will help a lot.

We believe in hiring for attitude and training for skill, but here are a few things that will help you succeed in this role:

Skills and experience that would come in handy

• A few years of practical experience in similar roles, such as data analyst or business analyst

• Experience working with advanced data analytics and/or data science and the tools associated, like Python/R, Pandas, NumPy etc.

• Extensive expertise in Excel

• Proficient in SQL

• Experienced in ETL and Data Warehousing

• Experience using DAX and PowerBI

• Experience working with Salesforce data

• Experience creating dashboards/reports and communicating results

• Strong storytelling abilities.

• A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics or similar is not a must but highly valued.

• Proficiency in English is essential.
