工作摘要/目的Job Summary / Purpose

主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities

• 有效实施公司计划，完成个人业务指标，促进区域销量增长；
• 维护经销商关系，维护临床客户，保持长期良好的合作关系，并为临床客户及患者提供专业的产品服务; 及时反馈并解决问题；
• 产品派样，收集患者信息，筛选优质患者，进行产品派样和产品讲解，必要时拜访患者及患者集体组织，积极组织患教活动或参与院方/志愿者组织的患教活动，做好患者教育，转化销量
• 指导患者如何正确使用公司产品；
• 每月核实经销商终端销量并提醒经销商上报数据流向，做好记录；
• 按时上交公司及领导布置的各类工作计划及报表；
• 区域外市场发生突发应急事件要做好支援工作（例如手术跟台技术支持）
• 负责区域：湖北省及周边待开发省份；

任职资格Job Qualifications

• 专科及以上学历
• 护理、医药、临床医学等相关专业（有手术室工作经验/手术跟台技术支持经验优先）
• 5年及以上耗材领域销售经验

• 有新产品进院开发经验或有良好客户资源（耳鼻喉科、头颈外科）

• 有外企工作经验优先
• 有新产品开发入院经验优先
• 必须能够接受出差
