As Regional Sales Manager, Europe 1, you’ll drive growth across Romania, Hungary, Turkey, Israel, the Baltics, Algeria, and Tunisia. Leading local teams and trusted partners, you’ll grow our brands PROVOX and TRACOE, strengthen relationships, and open new market opportunities.
You’ll report to the Managing Director of Distributor Markets and play a key role in shaping and executing the regional commercial strategy.
What you’ll do
- Lead and inspire teams in Romania, Hungary, and Turkey
- Deliver strong sales growth and build brand preference
- Develop new business opportunities and investment cases
- Train distributors and healthcare professionals
- Build long-term customer partnerships and drive performance
- Represent Atos at key medical events
What you bring
- Proven success in regional sales within Healthcare or MedTech
- Strong leadership and distributor management experience
- Sharp business acumen and strategic mindset
- Hands-on, results-driven, and collaborative approach
- Fluent in English (other regional languages a plus)
- Based in Europe (preferably Central Europe, Denmark, or Southwest Sweden), with ~60 travel days per year
