Who you are: 

We are seeking an energetic, passionate and innovative professional who has a passion to make a difference in the world of continence care and the drive to achieve it. This position is pivotal to continuing to drive our success during a period of accelerated sales growth.

 

You will ideally have a clinical background or nursing experience, and you have either worked as a medical sales representative or are keen to take the next step in your career and move into a sales role. While you enjoy working autonomously, you are an active member in a supportive team of like-minded individuals.

 

Our sales team are on the "ground" with interactions with many different people, so it is important to understand the workings of community healthcare and hospital environments.  We measure ourselves on the development and maintenance of long-term relationships which leads to ambitious growth and exceeding sales targets.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Promote and increase knowledge and usage of continence care solutions into Hospitals and the Community.
  • Manage, develop and grow new and existing customer accounts, including Key Accounts.
  • Build loyal relationships with customers at all levels; Specialists, Nurses, Doctors, Procurement and Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Maintain awareness of all sales opportunities, competitor activity and performance plan.
  • Meet KPIs around activity and objectives.
  • Attend exhibitions and conferences as required.
