About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Nurse to provide clinical support to the Coloplast Ostomy and Continence Consumer Care Team. You will have the passion, drive, and commitment to support our Clinical Nurse Advisors with a range of consumer-based activities pivotal in improving the lives of those with intimate healthcare needs.   

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalised phone-based support and practical advice to consumers for better bowel management through the Peristeen Support Program.
  • Provide funding application support through developing and reviewing customised justification letters to support the consumers application process. 
  • Provide clinical support and act as a point of escalation across continence and ostomy to the consumer care team.
  • Work with the Head of Nursing to ensure sound clinical governance of the consumer care team through developing and presenting education material and certification processes for staff.
  • Review consumer usage and product effectiveness, make recommendations on product solutions for improved patient outcomes for bladder, bowel, and stoma management.

 

Skills:

  • Relevant qualifications including registration in nursing.
  • 3 years of demonstrated success in a continence or ostomy nursing role.
  • Experience in the the disability sector/community field will be highly regarded.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to combine clinical knowledge with a results-focused commercial mindset.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated time management, attention to detail, and administrative capabilities.
  • Adaptable, solutions-oriented, with a commitment to follow-through.
