＜組織構成＞
・HR Specialist１名、当該ポジション1名がHR Managerにレポート
・デンマーク本社やInternational MarketのTalent Management関連部門との連携（英語）

【必須】
・人事業務経験5年以上の方（採用や研修の経験）
・英語力(英語での面接やプレゼンテーションの評価が出来るレベル）
