Territory Sales Manager – Scotland

 

The ideal candidate for this role will be based in Glasgow or Edinburgh and be prepared for extensive travel commitments.

As a Territory Manager at Coloplast, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building lasting customer relationships. You'll collaborate with our Regional Business Leader, Strategic Partnership Manager, and Nursing team to develop and implement account-specific plans. This role offers the opportunity to connect with specialist nurses and enhance patient outcomes in the acute sector. You'll be responsible for owning local formularies and setting high standards for excellence in continence care, all while exceeding sales targets and showcasing Coloplast's value proposition.

Who we are looking for?

- Proven success in field sales. Experience in Medical Devices or Pharma would be desirable but not essential.

- Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.

- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.

- Exceptional time and territory management skills.

- Excellent communication skills that showcase your positivity and energy.

- A full driving license.
