About the department

SVS Project Management Team has a role of managing and leading global projects for forced material changes, quality and troubleshooting, cost reduction, second source and range care projects. The team consists of 40 members located globally at many sites (Humlebæk, Tatabánya and Zhuhai).

Job:

  • Leading and managing projects on TAT site in cooperation with the Danish Headquarter
  • Ensure completion of projects according to scope, plan, budget and relevant instructions
  • Coordinating of the project team during the project
  • Take part in improvement of SVS Project Management processes
  • Responsibility for analysing, scoping and mobilising projects within Global Quality
  • Achieving the indicators set by the management

Your qualifications:

  • College or University degree
  • Written and verbal communication skills both in mother tongue and English
  • Good communication and strong organizational skills
  • Relevant academic background with a structured and analytic approach to problem solving and holistic view
  • Experience in project management, and lean approach
  • Experience in working with international companies
  • Experience at manufacturing environment
  • User knowledge of computer (MS Office)

Advantage:

  • Some level of experience in international cross functional and cross cultural complexity
  • Knowledge of quality and supply chain processes
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 13485
  • Knowledge to MS Project is preferred
  • Team-player, who co-operates well with colleagues
