Responsibilites:
Apply general 3party/HCP concur payment
Prepare event 3party agreement & HCP service agreement
Pre-event venue survey/ cost planning & budget control/ registration
Exhibition booth design & event preparation
On-site support by request
Material translation & editing
Find & download proper material from global site
Apply government advertisement approval
Manage marketing material : monthly inventory check, arrangement, announcement
e-Material update & management (ShowPad)
Social medial content generation & management
Learn & manage other designated SoMe channel
Take tasks by manager's request
Prepare & deliver materials by request from sales team
Including but not limited to general affairs related to office operation

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree
TOEIC 650 or above
