1.準備活動相關協議（使用公司標準模板）以及活動後申請付款

2.活動統籌協調及預算控制

3.製作（翻譯總部資料）和管理/監控使用情況（庫存、電子文宣系統）

4.負責社交媒體內容生成及管理

5.完成主管交辦的其他項目計畫和分配的任務

要求：

學士學位

TOEIC 650 分或以上

歡迎應屆畢業生

技能：

注重細節和準確性

解決問題的能力和積極的態度

Primary Responsibilities:

1.Manage event-related agreements (with standard templates) and process payments in the company system

2.Event co-ordination & budget control

3.Generate (translate global materials) & manage/monitor the usage (inventory, e-materials)

4.Social medial content generation & management

5.Provide support for projects, initiatives, and tasks assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

TOEIC 650 or above

Fresh graduates are welcome
