We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Support Officer to join our team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Finance:

  • Oversee management of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), tax matters, and payroll.
  • Schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Confirm financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses and coordinating collections.
  • Assist in the Taiwan audit process.
  • Control office expenses and coordinate with the compliance team for internal control processes.

2. Supply Chain & Logistics:

  • Plan and forecast inventory requirements.
  • Support regulatory matters related to supply chain and logistics.
  • Monitor and track the end-to-end logistics process.
  • Coordinate with China and distributors for inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team for monthly inventory forecasts.
  • Purchase and issue Government Uniform Invoices (GUI).

3. General Affairs & HR:

  • Manage onboarding and termination processes for employees.
  • Maintain leave balance records in the 104 System and prepare monthly reports for the Taiwan Team.
  • Organize team-building activities and logistics for annual meetings.
  • Maintain staff records and renew office contracts (e.g., copier, cell phone, group insurance).
  • Manage all office administration tasks, including computer acquisition, office supplies, name card printing, courier services, etc.
  • Assist in streamlining processes among different teams in the Hong Kong office.
  • Provide backup support to Taiwan teams as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance with a solid understanding of related responsibilities.
  • Competent knowledge of finance and strong accounting experience.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while fostering good team spirit.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience or exposure to general affairs and logistics management.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficient in computer skills, especially in Excel.
