The job

We expect you to work closely with and support our local team in Szczecin, but also our colleagues in other Coloplast subsidiaries, with for instance: handling administrative tasks (e.g., document layout editing, SharePoint and Connect sites creation and administration etc.), support e-learning courses and campaigns, handle the day-to-day administration of our Contract Management and E-signature systems (including system trainings and user support), reporting, support system of KPI measurements, as well as taking part in exciting, global and local projects.

About the team

You will become part of Group Legal Corporate Commercial and M&A and be located in our Shared Business Center in Szczecin, Poland. The team in Szczecin consists of an ambitious team of Associate Legal Counsels and one Legal Administrator led by a Legal & Business Ethics Manager. We work both independently and participate in large global projects. 

We work in an international environment using English language to communicate, but also support our colleagues in other Coloplast subsidiaries.

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
•    Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
•    Project management skills, ability to deliver on projects as well as on daily legal, data protection and business ethics tasks
•    Good presentation skills, solid organizational skills
•    Very good level of English – both spoken and written
•    Another language will be an advantage (i.e. German, French, Italian, Spanish) but is not a requirement
•    Experience in related area will be also an advantage

As a person, you are a fast learner used to working both independently and in teams. You collaborate well with others, understand the need to listen constructively to and respect the needs of stakeholders, while also having the courage and clout to challenge their opinions.
