About the department

Our B2B Sales Support teams are responsible for close contact with significant B2B Healthcare Customers such as hospitals, private clinics, medical institutions, pharmacies, distributors and sales representatives. We stay close to the Customers because as the department we are mainly responsible for processing their orders and entering their data into our systems.

 

This is a temporary position (fixed-term contract until the end of December 2024, with a possibility to be prolonged).

 

The job 

You will be mainly responsible for:

  • Daily processing of orders for end-users
  • Preparing reimbursement-related documents and prescriptions
  • Issuing invoices for payors and customers
  • Managing data in a CRM system
  • Participation in various projects pointed out by management 
  • Building positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

 

Qualifications

We believe that the ideal candidate for this role will have set of skills listed below:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools 
  • Good knowledge of English (min. B1)
  • Knowledge of French (min. A2)
  • Ability to work with daily deadlines
  • Quality mindset – attention to details
  • Improvement mindset to plan and prioritize tasks
