About the department
Coloplast’s global IT infrastructure team within Digital, Data & IT organization is responsible for managing the foundation of Coloplast's data, compute, storage, and data protection. We deliver IT infrastructure platforms and application delivery through an international team primarily based in Szczecin, Poland. Reliability and stability are key priorities for us, which means we work with leading technologies on a global scale in partnership with companies like VMware, Microsoft, Citrix, and Dell.

Your Responsibilities
- Oversee service availability, system performance, and address support cases to ensure continuous operational efficiency
- Monitor security configurations and backup processes
- Respond to alerts and recovery needs to maintain compliance and data integrity
- Support the Cloud Operations Specialist in daily work and case management
- Manage access and permissions for cloud solutions
- Maintain documentation around the Coloplast Public Cloud environment
- Support the business in projects when needed
Competences
We expect you to have experience from the IT industry from your previous role. You should have a basic understanding of various technology areas, such as Windows, Citrix, and VMware. Fluent English is necessary. The most important skills are personality and mindset. We place a high value on our team and teamwork. We learn together, troubleshoot together, and succeed together. No man is an island!
More specifically, we're looking for:
- Hunger for knowledge and open mindset
- Solution-driven approach
- Experience with the Windows Server platform
- Experience in IT change management, IT problem management and helpdesk ticketing systems
- Basic knowledge of server hardware
- Basic knowledge of VMware
- Basic knowledge of AZ-900 and Azure fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and its functions
- Basic knowledge of networking and routing
