The team 
In the Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin you will become part of the IP Support Team, which works as an integral part of Group IP at Coloplast’s headquarter in Humlebæk, Denmark. Group IP consists of 22 people in Humlebæk, Denmark, Szczecin, Poland and Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA and covers IP globally, across business areas. In Group IP the IP Support Team forms part of the IP Administration team based in Szczecin and in Humlebæk. The job 
Coloplast’s IP Administration handles all matters relating to the administration of Coloplast’s IP portfolio, including patents, trademarks, designs and domain names. The IP Administration work together with in-house and external patent- and trademark agents and also directly with patent and trademark authorities. 


The tasks include:
-    Handling of incoming communication and registration of deadlines
-    Monitoring of deadlines
-    Portfolio management
-    Filing and prosecution 
-    Corresponding with international agents in relation to filing and prosecution  
-    Handling IDS
-    Handling of renewals 
-    Maintaining and checking bibliographic data, i.e., updating databases
-    Handling of invoices
-    Power reading 

 

Qualifications:
-    University or business school degree with linguistic or legal specialization or equivalent qualification or experience
-    Good proficiency in English (C1 level)
-    Good knowledge about Microsoft Office tools 
-    Strong attention to details
-    Quality mindset
-    Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
-    Ability to work independently under instructions given 
-    Display a strong work ethic and responsibility
-    Ability to comply with internal controls, processes and policies


We will consider both candidates with prior experience in IP administration and/or management of portfolios, and candidates without such experience.
