About the job
IT Test Manager is responsible for delivering IT test consulting and execution according to the current IT test strategy, procedures, governance, and documentation using involved IT platforms and solutions. The position includes a close collaboration with IT test specialists, resource managers, product owners, business & project managers to secure the right quality of the solution/services build.

The position is located in Poland, directly reporting to the Head of IT Service in Denmark, and working on a daily basis with an international IT team.

Your responsibilities

We expect you to be an expert in the Test Management disciplines, and you can apply and continuously improve IT Test Management strategy and principles for ongoing projects.

• Actively running the IT Test Management strategy using Jira (or other test tool)
• Provide input to the IT Test Management strategy and act as a sparring partner to the team, senior roles and proactively give input to the development of the IT Test execution framework 
• Secure that projects are delivered in accordance with existing IT standards and processes
• Collaboration with external and internal developers and solution experts
• Participation at the Service Transition scope meetings, providing input to the Validation scope and approach for testing, OQ, PQ and PPQ, IQ, including PRA (Product Risk analysis), preparing validation reports
• First point of contact for own team members locally, ensure that team related issues are escalated to line manager

 Requirements

• Min. 2 years of practical experience within the IT Test Management area in a large, international context
• Leads with confidence and can approach most organizational levels, take responsibility, and make decision
• Has the ability to inspire, motivate and develop high skilled individuals and teams across borders and cultures
• Experience working with the traditional Waterfall approach, Agile projects, SAFe and/or SCRUM
• Very good English skills, spoken and written
• Able to work in Jira (or other test tools)
• Project management knowledge/experience is an advantage
• Travelling (mainly to DK) and flexibility to work towards defined DK office hours
• Consultancy mindset & holistic business understanding
• Able to translate IT test language to colleagues across various business areas
