As an Application Specialist in our Digital, Data, and IT area, you will support the performance and continuous improvements of our Human Resource-related platforms, with a main focus on our training area.

At Coloplast, we are in the process of implementing a Sales Enabling Platform (Mindtickle) to provide a one-stop shop for our sales reps for access to training and support needed to create excellent results. For this, we need a Technical Solution Owner. In this role, you would have a stake in the implementation but also support and further develop the platform once live. You will be working with stakeholders in several different parts of the organization.

 

Take on Global IT Development

 

You will join us in Szczecin, Poland, where you become part of our Global Digital, Data and IT department. On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate closely with a highly experienced Senior HR System Specialist as well as stakeholders in the business areas supported.

Help us implement IT projects

 

As an Application Specialist, you will also support us with incident and change request handling. You will:

  • Screen, evaluate, and handle change requests
  • Ensure that documentation requirements are met
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and configure these solutions
  • Collaborate with software vendors, discussing technical matters, assigning tasks/deadlines, and ensuring the quality of deliveries and compliance with our procedures and standards

IT experience and collaboration skills

 

To succeed in this position, you will need great communication and presentation skills, enabling you to make your ideas heard across an international organization and our cross-border team. Moreover, you have a strong methodological understanding and the ability to think both conceptually and analytically, so you can facilitate new IT technologies and designs.

Your qualifications:

  • You have some experience from an IT environment and can learn new things fast
  • You hold a degree within IT, business, engineering, or similar
  • You are ready to travel up to 20 days a year – primarily to Denmark
  • You communicate effortlessly in English
