About the department
Global Finance Support serves different finance processes and has vast accounting and reporting expertise. The team is responsible for maintenance and reconciliation of all financial accounting. Days to days tasks include taking care of booking Account Payable invoices, fixed assets, payroll, accruals, prepayments, intercompany recharges, payments, VAT preparation and other accounts and reporting financial package to Corporate Finance. 
 
We are looking for candidate to take up this interesting role and development opportunities.  

Main responsibilities:

•    Registering bank transactions
•    Processing purchase invoices
•    Preparation and submission of VAT declaration
•    Run the payments
•    Maintenance of fixed assets, accruals, payroll, intercomany
•    Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

The candidates’ profiles:
•    Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economy 
•    Experienced specialist (accountants)
 •   Motivated to develop 
•    Flexible
•    Open to learn/perform different accounting areas
•    Good English skills as we cooperate closely with foreign stakeholders
•    German language knowledge will be an advantage
•    Strong ownership attitude with proactive approach
