About the department


The job is located in Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin, Poland – a modern and comfortable work environment. You are offered a unique opportunity to join a Global Commercial Support department consisting of Direct Services, Consumer Sales Support, Quality and Digital Marketing. The position of a Junior Order Administrator is placed in the Consumer Sales Support area. We are mainly responsible for entering new customers’ data into a database and processing orders.

 

 

The job 

You will be mainly responsible for:

  • Daily processing of orders for end-users
  • Preparing reimbursement related documents and prescriptions
  • Issuing invoices for payors and customers
  • Managing data in a CRM system
  • Participation in various projects pointed out by management 
  • Building positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

 

Qualifications

We believe that the ideal candidate for this role will have set of skills listed below:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools 
  • Good knowledge of English (min. B1)
  • Ability to work with daily deadlines
  • Quality mindset – attention to details
  • Improvement mindset to plan and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work on shifts (10:00 – 18:00; 7:00 – 15:00 or 6:00- 14:00)
  • Ability to work on Saturdays (an equivalent of a day off to be decided on with the team leader)
