About the department

Identity & Access Management (IAM) is a global team within Coloplast’s Digital, Data & IT division. We are responsible for managing user identities and controlling access to IT systems, supporting Coloplast employees worldwide. Our work has a direct impact on the security and efficiency of the entire organization. We collaborate closely with both the Global IT Department and Local IT Support teams across different time zones, providing support to our IAM Engineers.

 

About the job

We are looking for an IT Admin Supporter to join our Identity & Access Management team. The main purpose of this role is to ensure timely and accurate user and access administration across Coloplast’s global IT systems. As a key part of our security and compliance processes, this position helps maintain smooth day-to-day operations and protects critical business data by ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time.
 

Your responsibilities

• Providing IT administration support in English to Coloplast employees globally
• Handling of user administration (new hires, changes, terminations) in global systems
• Handling requests in a ticketing system with a high degree of professionalism and a high level of quality in collaboration with the rest of Global IT
• Delivering high quality solutions and processes
• Taking ownership and responsibility to ensure the best customer experience
• Proactively seeking answers and sharing them with other team members
• Improve and automate the processes in close collaboration with other teams

Requirements 

• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Previous experience in an administrative function, IT department or ongoing IT education
• Experience working with Microsoft Office as well as Microsoft 365 cloud solutions
• Experience with ticketing systems
• ITIL processes knowledge is an advantage
