As a Regional Business Leader within our Would Care division, you will be at the forefront of driving regional sales success. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team while shaping the future of wound care.
Your Impact
This is more than just a sales leadership role—it’s a chance to truly make a difference. You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Territory Managers, ensuring they have the tools, support, and motivation to exceed their targets.
Reporting to the National Sales Director, you’ll work closely with our National Commercial Lead to create and execute effective sales strategies. You’ll also take a matrix leadership approach, collaborating with Clinical and Strategic Sales teams to maximise our impact in the market.
Your ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers—including NHS procurement teams, payers, and healthcare business leads—will be crucial in helping us expand our market share and deliver best-in-class wound care solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving Growth: Implement the annual business plan for your region, ensuring sales targets are not only met but exceeded.
- Coaching & Development: Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Territory Managers, helping them to maximise their potential.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the NHS and healthcare sector.
- Strategic Thinking: Use business intelligence and data insights to identify new opportunities and drive innovative approaches.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Clinical, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence teams to strengthen our value proposition.
- Business Planning: Create and execute key account plans to win new business and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Campaign Execution: Work alongside Marketing to roll out impactful national and regional campaigns.
- Compliance & Best Practice: Ensure your team adheres to company policies while keeping patient and customer needs at the heart of everything we do.
What You’ll Bring
- A proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- A deep understanding of the NHS landscape, including healthcare economics, reimbursement models, and procurement pathways.
- A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and influencing skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Strong business acumen, with experience in Key Account Management and Business Planning.
- A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing talent.
- A full UK driving licence, as travel within the region is required.
