Expansion in Saudi Arabia: We are expanding in Saudi Arabia with new launches and programs, leading in care and technology. We seek a Consumer Care Team Leader to develop our team and systems, enhancing awareness and efficiency of our programs and services.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Leadership:
- Lead and support the team.
- Foster a culture of engagement, feedback and high performance
- Recruit, train, and develop staff.
- Handle escalated consumer queries.
Systems:
- Track consumer interactions.
- Generate insights from reports.
- Enhance efficiency with digital processes.
- Update consumer processes and SOPs.
Organisation:
- Improve user experience through surveys.
- Execute campaigns with Marketing and align on digital initiatives.
- Segment and track campaign performance.
- Engage consumers with educational content.
- Ensure consistent communication.
- Manage budget and costs.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, support other departments.
Essential Qualifications:
- Subject matter expert in Consumer Care and Call centers, ideally in medical-related field
- Bachelor’s degree in medical, medical education, business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Ideally, 5+ years’ experience including 2+ years’ experience in similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, with the ability to leverage these tools to enhance communication and collaboration.
- Able to influence and persuade
