The role -

 

You will develop and deliver the Chronic Care Consumer Marketing Campaign Strategy, increasing awareness, acquisition, and retention of Coloplast products and the Coloplast Charter service.

 

  • To lead a team of 2 associate campaign managers and 2 market managers to implement the consumer marketing strategy and campaign plans.  Coach the team to high performance and create a culture of growth and continual improvement
  • To develop and ensure implementation of the Coloplast consumer strategy, which offers the optimal customer experience and effective campaign plans, to acquire and retain customers to Coloplast products and the Charter service
  • To ensure local and global stakeholders have full visibility of our consumer strategy and campaign performance, with regular reporting on the impact on the acquisition, new names and retention of our product and services.
  • Be the expert in consumer insights and lifecycle management of consumers, working in collaboration with key departments and stakeholders ensuring the consumer experience is at the heart of operations
  • Working with the SalesForce.com project team to ensure SalesForce is fit for purpose and can deliver on our marketing automation objectives to ensure we engage consumers in our databases, with regular and engaging communication, leading to increased loyalty and retention.
  • Work closely with global consumer marketing to develop new and engaging multi-channel campaigns with a focus on driving New Names and product acquisition to Coloplast
  • Evolve and develop the Ambassador/Influencer strategy for Coloplast, working closely with the consumer and digital team to implement the strategy and maintain ongoing relationships,
  • Manage agency relationships, as required, to ensure we deliver a innovative and relevant educational content that engages consumers along their journey, from being diagnosed through to living life with their condition
  • Be responsible for the lead generation, sales funnel and revenue delivery within the Operations and Clinical Services team.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Professional Marketing Qualifications
  • Desire to constantly improve and think creatively
  • Strong management skills – ability to motivate a team
  • Able to effectively work with, and manage internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Results focused, with the ability to remain calm and retain control when managing high workloads and dealing with multiple projects  
  • Experience within a consumer marketing role (5+ years), with a proven track record of being able to attract new customers via a variety of different mediums, including the use of digital and social media to drive commercial objectives
  • Experience in managing (2+ years) a team of 2 or more marketers,
  • Experience in planning, developing, and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and using campaign management tools to track activity
  • Experience in analysing data that has defined future strategy and campaign plans to ensure ongoing effectiveness of activity and optimisation of resources,
  • Ability to demonstrate creative and copywriting skills

  • Print and mailing fulfilment expertise
