The job

This brand-new role will play a part in making a real difference to people’s lives, working in our project team helping to guarantee the project runs smoothly. You will be responsible for ensuring actions and decisions are logged and status updates for the business are prepared in advance of Steering Calls, and ensuring meetings and workshops are arranged and prepared for in advance.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate and consistent documentation of all meetings and workshops relating to the transition to the new CRM
  • Own and maintain the decisions log for the programme
  • Support the documentation and maintenance of project tools such as gap analysis reviews and RAID logs
  • Actively engage with action owners for status updates and delivery, documenting these and sharing them with the project team(s)
  • Manage weekly time reports for the project team
  • Co-ordinate participants for meetings and workshops
  • Writing minutes and circulating actions
  • Support programme events such as workshops, training, testing
  • Update and document information for Steering activities


Qualifications and Experience Required:


  • Confident with Excel (Intermediate level) and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and diary management
  • A basic understanding of project management
  • Experience capturing decisions and actions during meetings



  • Project administration experience
  • Project experience


The successful candidate must be highly organised with the confidence to deal with people at all levels within the organisation. You must be able to prioritise your work and have the ability to work well under pressure. You should be a self starter and someone that works using their own initiative. This is a busy, fast paced role so experience of working in a project team will prove to be a real advantage.
