Evidence Project Manager

Coloplast UK, one of the most successful medical device companies globally, is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Project Manager to join our Chronic Care division. As a Project Manager in the payors and evidence team, you will play a pivotal role in driving evidence-based initiatives that improve the lives of patients with chronic conditions.

You will collaborate closely with senior clinicians, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams across the UK and global business. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and execute projects aligned to the evidence roadmaps for chronic care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior clinicians, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
• Market Understanding: While not essential, familiarity with the clinical market will be advantageous. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and contribute to our unique healthcare landscape.
• Research Experience: Desirable but not mandatory. If you have a passion for evidence-based practices, we encourage you to apply.
• Organisational Skills: Keep projects on track, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.
• Task-Driven Approach: Execute tasks efficiently, ensuring project milestones are met.
• Ostomy Experience: While not a prerequisite, understanding ostomy care will be beneficial.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business)
• Project Management Qualification; Prince2 or equivalent and minimum 2/5 years / proven experience in project management; ideally in a life sciences environment
• Self-starter and highly motivated
• Excellent influencing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
