Role Overview

• Organising events such as Masterclasses, Advisory Boards, Industry Events, and Product Launches.  Including event registration set up, sourcing of venues, contract negotiation, and tracking spends
• Host events both in person and virtually with a commitment to maintaining Coloplast high standards
• Support customer contract agreements, payments, and logistic planning
• Contribute to planning meetings and wider marketing meetings

Who are we looking for

• 3 years + event planning experience
• Experience in creating, leading, and hosting digital events including webinars
• Experience using Cvent or other digital platforms is desirable
• Comfortable interacting with healthcare professionals of all levels of experience and positions
• Extremely organised with good prioritisation skills
• A passion for event management
