We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to support ONPOS (Online Non-Prescription Optimisation Service) accounts within the healthcare sector, with a focus on wound care. This role will involve managing customer relationships, analysing ordering patterns, and delivering virtual training, all with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction and contributing to revenue growth.

More about the role…

In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with ONPOS accounts through regular meetings and communications, ensuring customers are well-supported and informed. You will work closely with internal teams, including Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Healthcare Partnership Managers (HPMs), to streamline account management and improve customer experience. Additionally, you will communicate regularly with external ONPOS delivery partners to ensure efficient operations.

 

You will play an essential role in supporting the implementation of new accounts, assisting to troubleshoot issues and provide guidance where needed. As part of your responsibilities, you will offer virtual training to healthcare professionals, ensuring they understand how to effectively use ONPOS.

 

Meeting daily activity targets will be crucial, and you will ensure that all account interactions are accurately recorded in Salesforce.com. You will actively contribute to lead generation, nurturing prospects, and handing over won opportunities to the field sales team. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer acquisition and the overall profitability of the business. Maintaining high standards of ethical conduct and customer care will be essential in every customer interaction.

 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed. You will be a team player who values building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record in sales, telesales, or account management, particularly in fast-paced environments. Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms is essential, as this system will be integral to your daily work.

 

Attention to detail is key, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. You should have experience meeting or exceeding sales targets and demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to changes. More importantly, we are looking for someone with a customer-focused mindset, a passion for continuous improvement, and a desire to excel in a dynamic, evolving environment.
