Consumer Market Manager

We are looking for two new Consumer Market Managers to be responsible for the lifecycle management of consumers known to Coloplast to ensure we maximise on the commercial value they bring to the business.

This role falls under our hybrid policy, meaning that work time can be balanced between our Head Office in Peterborough and a home location. The role -

  • Responsible for developing and implementing the lifecycle management of Coloplast Charter consumers and Friends of Coloplast, to ensure we maximise on the commercial value they bring.
  • Be the expert in consumer insights and lifecycle management of consumers, working in collaboration with key departments and stakeholders, ensuring the consumer experience is at the heart of operations.
  • Develop and implement consumer engagement programmes that support. nurture, and engage consumers in our databases, driving loyalty, retention, data enrichment, compliance, and up/cross-sell of product solutions.
  • Working cross-functionally with Commercial ops, Clinical Services, and Marketing to ensure we are delivering the most efficient and effective solution with the resources available, that deliver on our consumer promise and commercial ambition.
  • Share best practice across the wider marketing department and digital activation.

  • Able to build engaging stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally, to influence others and collaborate effectively to deliver outcomes
  • Results focused, taking accountability for delivering first class results against the plans
  • Proactive and resilient approach to work, with the ability to remain calm and think ahead when managing high workloads and multiple projects
  • Able to work using own initiative, flexing your approach as required
  • Accountable for tasks within the role and can explain the rationale for judgements.  Clear focus on outcomes and objectives

 

Experience required -

  • Professional Marketing Qualifications
  • Experience within a Consumer Marketing role with a track record of being able to manage and retain customers, informing customer experience initiatives and working cross functionally to achieve aligned goals
  • Experience in planning, developing, and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and using campaign management tools to track activity
  • Experience in analysing data that has defined future strategy and campaign plans to ensure ongoing effectiveness of activity and optimisation of resources, and to present data/data analysis in an accessible way to non- technical stakeholders/audiences
  • Ability to demonstrate creative and copywriting skills
