Are you passionate about driving innovation in healthcare and building impactful partnerships? Coloplast is seeking a Healthcare Partnership Manager to join our Wound Care Division. This is a unique opportunity to work strategically within the NHS Integrated Care Systems (ICS) to embed Coloplast’s innovative products and services while driving sales and account growth across Humber and North Yorkshire, North East and North Cumbria, South Yorkshire and West Yorkshire.

 

Your Role:
As a Healthcare Partnership Manager, you will be at the forefront of building partnerships that align with NHS objectives and improve patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting and selling the Coloplast Wound Care Total Value Proposition – encompassing products, ONPOS, education, and services to NHS leaders at all levels.
  • Developing creative strategies to influence accounts, identify growth opportunities, and drive sustainable sales.
  • Building strong relationships with NHS specialists, senior clinicians, ICS leaders, and procurement professionals.
  • Staying informed about the evolving NHS landscape to craft proposals that align with national objectives.
  • Championing ONPOS (non-prescription accounts) by managing existing accounts and ensuring sustainable service use.
  • Collaborating with Territory Managers to grow Key Accounts and formulary listings.
  • Identifying and developing partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and product advocates.
  • Leading monthly business reviews and delivering on agreed actions to achieve strategic goals.

 

What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for a strategic and commercially minded professional with:

  • Proven experience working with NHS organisations, ICBs, provider collaboratives and primary care networks.
  • Knowledge of NHS financial flows and key account management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • A passion for innovation in healthcare and a results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of the Wound Care environment (preferred but not essential).
  • A valid driving license.
